Before and After Photos - Leather
Automotive leather upholstery can withstand an amazng amount of wear and tear, but will still eventually wear out. Surface scratches, cracking, small cuts, wear, and stains can all be repaired to a very high level of quality. We can also repair damage to other leather trim pieces found on high end or exotic vehicles, as well as perforated leather seats. The materials that we use are very similar to the ones used by the manufacturer, and we guarantee our dye work to last at least as well as the factory original.
Most leather seats are only partially made from leather. Typically, only the parts that your body touches when you are seated are leather. The sides and back of most seats are made from high quality vinyl. This vinyl is also repairable.
Once leather becomes extremely brittle (usually caused by years of direct sunlight) or is ripped all the way through (the foam underneath is visible), it is typically beyond repair. In these cases reupholstery or seat covers may be your only options. Again, we are always happy to take a look at whatever you've got, and estimates are always free. If we can't fix it to your complete satisfaction, you don't pay.

This seat was scratched fairly deeply. Besides surface scratching, some of the leather had begun to lift up. Auto leather repair works, wears extremely well, and is a fraction of the cost of replacement.

Lexus IS300 Rear Leather Bench Seat Back |
This seat sustained significant scratches and cuts from broken glass from a shattered rear window in an accident. The seat has been removed from the vehicle, and the photograph shows it from behind. Although it is not visible in this photograph, the plastic seat belt guide on top was also scratched. Using a combination of techniques, we were able to successfully repair all of the damage.
